SHARON FUERY - Cheerleading Compeition Judge

Sharon is a native of San Antonio, Texas with 30 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. She was a high school and college cheerleader, as well as a professional instructor for 15 years. As a cheer coach for 13 years, her squads placed in the top ten for nine years and won the Small Varsity National Championship title in 1990 and 1991. She is a former President of the Texas State Cheerleaders Association and has been a speaker at various clinics and conferences throughout the country. She has judged several high school, all-star and collegiate national championships for various organizations. Sharon is currently the Director of Secondary Human Resources at the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, the 6th largest school district in Texas. Her primary responsibilities include extensive travel to colleges and universities across the U.S., recruiting and hiring middle school and high school teachers.
